Job Title: Commercial Insurance - Account Executive
Job Description We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Commercial Insurance - Account Executive to provide exceptional client support and maintain strong carrier relationships. This role involves preparing client renewals, new business strategies, and cross-selling additional coverages. You will also be responsible for ensuring policies are bound and assisting with renewals. Collaboration with Producers, Account Managers, and CSRs is essential to deliver the best possible service. Responsibilities * Provide client support with all levels of decision-makers and day-to-day representatives. * Follow up with clients to address their needs and resolve any issues or concerns. * Collect all documentation needed for quoting and binding an asset. * Prepare client renewals and new business strategies, including proposals and presentations. * Introduce new products and ensure proper resources availability within the organization for the client. * Cross-sell additional coverages when beneficial. * Present assets to several markets and compare quotes to present the best options to clients. * Put together all documentation and send the bind order to underwriting. * Follow up to ensure the policy has been bound and no further action is needed. * Manage renewals and take renewals out to market. * Attend trainings, courses, meetings, etc. to maintain updated skills. * Collaborate and partner with Producers, Account Managers, and CSRs to provide the best possible service to clients. Essential Skills * Fluency in Spanish (conversational) * Digital marketing * Commercial Lines Insurance * Commercial Lines Sales * Client relationship management * Account management * Sales * Campaign management * Relationship building Additional Skills & Qualifications * Florida 2-20 Property & Casualty License required * 5+ years' experience with Commercial Lines accounts and strong technical knowledge of middle market and large Commercial Lines insurance * EPIC experience is a plus but not required Why Work Here?
