Position: Dental Assistant
Location:355 Medical Group Davis-Monthan Tucson, AZ

Spectrum Healthcare Resources has a potential need for Dental Assistants!

Record patient vitals, including blood pressure, temperature, oxygen saturation, respiratory rate, and pulse.
• Provide chairside assistance during dental procedures, including tissue retraction, suctioning, and maintaining a clear operating field.
• Educate patients on proper dental techniques, oral hygiene, and the prevention of dental decay.
• Perform administrative duties such as chart filing, administrative reviews, and patient communications.
• Utilize the Corporate Dental Application or other designated systems to record patient care and manage scheduling.
• Maintain the Dental Treatment Room by stocking supplies, managing pharmaceuticals, monitoring equipment, and adhering to infection control and safety protocols.
• Assist in handling medical emergencies as needed.

• Education: As outlined in Exhibit 5 (refer to MQS base contract).
• Certifications: Basic Life Support (BLS) and additional certifications per Exhibit 5.
• Experience: As specified in Exhibit 5.
• Licensure/Registration: Must comply with Exhibit 5 and DHA-PM 6025.13 requirements.
• Board Certification: As outlined in Exhibit 5 and DHA-PM 6025.13.
