TEKsystems is looking to hire a Customer Success Specialist to work with a well-know scientific/pharmaceutical research company. If you have 3+ years of order entry and customer support experience and are looking to get your foot in the door with a great company - apply today! * $22.00-$28.00/hour * Shift: 8:00AM-5:00PM (M-F) * Office is located in the Plain City/Dublin, OH area (MUST BE LOCATED IN THE COLUMBUS, OH AREA) Job Description * Responsible for all customer communication via phone and email (~15-20 calls/day) * Input orders into Salesforce (orders received via phone and email) * Navigate through resources to answer questions on product, shipping, and order information * Analyze shipping information to answer specific customer questions Additional Skills & Qualifications * 3+ years of order entry and customer support experience * Ability to use resources and navigate multiple systems * Strong written and verbal communication skills * Ability to work in office everyday from 8am-5pm * Strong problem solving and time management skills Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $28.00 Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
