EXCITED TO GROW YOUR CAREER? WE'RE GLAD YOU'RE HERE! The Maintenance Technician is responsible for performing specialized work in the following trades: Electrical, Plumbing, or HVAC. This role requires a high level of expertise and the ability to work independently while also supporting team members through training and project collaboration. The technician will ensure projects are completed within budget, on time, and in compliance with safety standards. Specialty Work (70%) Independently perform advanced work in at least two trades, including electrical, plumbing, or HVAC. Troubleshoot and resolve issues promptly and efficiently. Training & Project Management (30%) Provide on-the-job training to other technicians, sharing expertise to support team development. Identify and track all billable costs associated with projects. Complete daily time cards and administrative tasks to ensure accurate project tracking and billing. Adhere to budget constraints and meet project deadlines. Qualifications: Education: High school diploma or GED required. Technical Expertise: Advanced skills and formal training in HVAC and electrical work. Experience: Minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in maintenance and repair. Licensure: Must obtain or currently have a valid Class E driver's license. Communication Skills: Strong ability to work collaboratively and communicate effectively with team members. Multitasking: Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously. Safety Conscious: Knowledgeable in safety protocols and practices, ensuring a safe work environment. Self-Starter: Ability to work independently and take initiative on projects.
