Our client is looking for someone to support their buildings on campus. These buildings include classrooms and their current support team does not have the bandwidth to support all the buildings and the technology being utilized in these buildings. A lot of the tickets range from students having trouble loading software, getting applications activated and functioning, setting up projectors, laptop issues, software errors, streaming software questions, etc. Seeking a candidate who is a go-getter that takes initiative.
