Role Overview We are looking for a Research Scientist to join our Digital Printing, Writing Systems team onsite in Dayton, OH. The Dayton-based inkjet R&D team is responsible for developing the next generation of commercial inkjet technology.This role will be integral in conducting fundamental inkjet research. Responsibilities: Understanding and advancing the core technology of continuous inkjet printing, fluid dynamics, jetting drop formation, etc. Analytical modeling of the technology and correlating to lab data Understanding and developing solutions for fundamental problems in extending the use of the technology into new applications or new operating regimes Required Skills/Experience:* PhD in Physics or Mechanical Engineeringrelated field Research focus in fluid mechanics, microfluidics, drop formation, coatings, electric charging, electrostatics, or electrochemistry Prior inkjet experience desired EOE Policy Statement:* All qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, or disability.
