Description and Requirements Who You'll Work With: The Strategic Alliances team is a team built on trust, collaboration, balance, velocity, insights, and expertise. Through organization-wide collaboration our team of diverse professionals seeks to extend Lenovo's business solutions, generate incremental revenue, enhance existing Alliance partnerships, and develop new industry partnerships. Who you are: The ideal candidate for this role is a highly organized, detail-oriented, and data-driven professional who thrives in a matrixed organization. You have a proven ability to build trust and collaborate across global teams. You embody Lenovo's core values of entrepreneurship, innovation, customer obsession, and fostering trust. With strong data management and analytic skills, you can manage complex sales and financial data with a high level of accuracy. You are comfortable working with cross-functional teams across multiple business groups and geographies, with the flexibility to adapt to varying time zones as required. An excellent communicator, you can transform insights into actionable results through project management and collaboration. What you will do: Operational Support: Provide operational support to the Alliance organization, ensuring the smooth execution of day-to-day activities and operations. Partner Funding Program Management: Manage end-to-end (E2E) processes of partner funding programs, including forecasting, savings optimization, and rebate payment reconciliation. Analyze financial performance and projections, providing insights to help guide financial and operational decision-making. Reporting and Performance Analysis: Create, analyze, and maintain monthly reports for sell-in, sell-out, and performance metrics. Ensure accurate tracking of key performance indicators and business outcomes. Issue Resolution & Daily Operations: Act as the focal point for daily operational activities and swiftly resolve issues as they arise, ensuring minimal disruption to program objectives. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders to understand their needs and resolve any issues. Maintain strong communication and alignment across organizations and geographies. Strategic Analysis & Forecasting: Analyze partner initiatives, provide strategic forecasting, and track the performance of key metrics. Communicate insights and results to stakeholders to inform decision-making. Basic Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in business, Supply Chain, or a related field. 8+ years of experience in operations, supply chain, or program management, with a proven track record in managing complex projects and operational processes Strong Excel / spreadsheet skills are a must Preferred Qualifications: Familiarity with Power BI or similar tools Past experience working for a global Fortune 500 company; working with teams across multiple time zones What We Offer: This role offers the opportunity to join a dynamic, global team at Lenovo, working in a fast-paced, innovative environment where you will play a key role in supporting partner funding programs and driving operational excellence.
