HRIS Specialist - Workday

Lenovo is seeking a HRIS Specialist to join the Global HRIS team:

Responsibilities:

• Oversee and project manage Workday integrations and projects:
• End to end Workday integration process including requirement analysis, integration solution design, development, testing, deployment, etc.
• Integration requirement review working with multiple stakeholders to drive end-to-end integration solution.
• Software integration between various business applications and Workday using Workday Studio, Workday's API, EIB inbound/outbound, boomerang integration, and Workday reporting services.
• Documentation of integration technical specifications to support applications, developing test plans and performing unit testing.
• Diagnosis and troubleshooting supporting of software integrations.
• Defined change control and compliance procedures associated with software development, including all required governance standards.

Basic Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree or above in Computer Science or related field or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years of experience in HR systems design

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in integration development is preferred.
• Experience with Workday Extend is preferred
• Experience in Workday HCM with Workday reporting writing skills is preferred.
• Skilled in designing developing and troubleshooting various types of Workday integrations like PECI and PICOF.
• Experience in adding custom validations on Workday Business Process.
• Familiar with JAVA object-oriented, multi-threading, network and other basic programming, familiar with micro-services, message queues and other technologies.
• Knowledge of XML, XSLT, SOAP, WDSL, or XPATH.
