The Disparities Research Unit at Massachusetts General Hospital is seeking a project coordinator for an exciting new research initiative focused on testing and implementing evidence-based practices in clinical sites.
The Disparities Research Unit at Massachusetts General Hospital is seeking a project coordinator for an exciting new research initiative focused on testing and implementing evidence-based practices in clinical sites. The project coordinator has a key role, working closely with both investigators and clinical staff to launch site activities, facilitate coaching and evaluation activities, and support finding innovative solutions to challenges. The coordinator will work with a team of research assistants, intervention staff, and the project manager to envision daily activities and work towards project goals. The coordinator will have an active role in the clinics, visiting sites around Massachusetts to build connections, collaborate with staff and facilitate problem solving. They will work closely with the project team on research-related tracking, assessment and monitoring. The ideal candidate will be proactive, enthusiastic about the intersection of research and practice, enjoy interacting with colleagues and collaborators, bring a high level of attention to detail, and be passionate about improving health care. Seeking at least a 3-year commitment for this role. Education Experience . Self-starter with outstanding communication skills . Excellent attention to detail and ability to synthesize and manage data from multiple sources. . Ability to work well as a member of a team and individually under tight deadlines.
