The Carnegie Mellon Biomedical Engineering department seeks to transform healthcare worldwide through interdisciplinary engineering innovation and to train future leaders and innovators in biomedical engineering. The Regenerative Biomaterials and Therapeutics Group (PI: Adam Feinberg) in the Biomedical Engineering Department is seeking a Postdoctoral Research Associate to work on independent experimentation and/or directed research to 3D bioprint functional pancreatic tissue using the FRESH technique. Tasks in this position may include organizing, implementing, and analyzing data collected from experiments involving live human cells, explanted animal tissue, and in vivo live animal studies. It may also include the development of research methodologies and animal protocols, as well as writing reports with descriptive, analytical, and evaluative content. Core Responsibilities:
