Description
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Schedule required flight crew air and ground transportation, hotel accommodations and catering in accordance with the requirements in the collective bargaining agreement
  • Coordinate with the Crew Scheduling Department as needed to ensure all necessary crew travel arrangements are in place
  • Source, select, negotiate, and contract with crew hotels to ensure CBA compliance and manage costs
  • Monitor crew hotel, travel, and catering costs for performance and potential savings opportunities
  • Track crew hotel, airfare, ground travel and catering costs and coordinating with accounting to ensure the accuracy of accruals and expenses
  • Manage and direct Flight Administration staff and required tasks
  • Oversee the FAA and Union correspondence files
  • Maintain the crew seniority and attrition lists
  • Performs other related duties as assigned by management



SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • This position supervises the Flight operations administrative staff, both full time and casuals



REQUIREMENTS:

  • High school graduate or equivalent
  • Excellent Word, Excel and PowerPoint skills
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to details
  • Strong collaboration skills combined with the ability to lead change
  • Must be authorized to work in the US



PREFERRED SKILLS:
* Bachelor's degree
* Experience in LSY Netline Crew or other flight crew scheduling software
* Previous management experience
