About the role:

The Web Publisher will manage the publishing, tracking, and performance optimization of Dragos' digital properties. This role requires both technical proficiency and a strong analytical mindset to ensure content and website functionality meet business objectives while delivering actionable insights. Collaborating across teams, the Web Publisher will contribute to the selection and implementation of the company's content management system (CMS) and provide critical input into website performance tracking, analytics, and UX improvements based on data insights and industry best practices.


Responsibilities

Content Management & Technical Implementation

  • Publish, update, and maintain website content using the company's CMS (to be selected with your input).
  • Collaborate with development teams on custom builds to ensure functionality and performance.
  • Ensure all content aligns with branding guidelines and business priorities.

Analytics, Tracking & Optimization

  • Collaborate with the Marketing Operations team to implement tracking solutions for accurate data collection and reporting.
  • Monitor website performance using tools such as Google Analytics, Sixth Sense, and HubSpot, providing actionable insights to improve engagement and conversion.
  • Analyze data to assess the effectiveness of web content and campaigns, recommending improvements based on findings.
  • Offer suggestions to enhance user experience (UX) design, leveraging industry best practices and insights from website performance trends and data analytics.

Collaboration Across Teams

  • Work closely with Product Marketing, Demand Generation, Corporate Communications, and Field Marketing teams to align web initiatives with broader marketing strategies.
  • Partner with the Marketing Operations team to ensure alignment on performance metrics and tracking methodologies.

Technical Proficiency

  • Collaborate with IT and external partners to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues.
  • Implement SEO best practices to enhance search engine visibility and website traffic.
  • Maintain responsive design standards and ensure ADA compliance for accessibility.

Qualifications

  • 2+ years of experience managing websites using a CMS, with input on CMS selection or customization a plus.
  • Familiarity with Google Analytics, Sixth Sense, HubSpot, or similar tools.
  • Basic understanding of HTML, CSS, and web development principles.
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to translate data into actionable recommendations.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Familiarity with marketing automation tools such as Marketo, HubSpot, or Pardot.
  • Experience in B2B technology or cybersecurity industries is preferred.
  • Knowledge of multilingual and localization web content strategies is highly desirable.

Compensation

  • Base Salary: $95,000
