Job Summary:The Project Coordinator supports project managers in planning, executing, and finalizing projects according to strict deadlines and within budget. This includes acquiring resources and coordinating the efforts of team members and third-party contractors or consultants to deliver projects according to plan. The Project Coordinator will also assist in defining the project's objectives and overseeing quality control throughout its life cycle.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate project activities, resources, equipment, and information.
• Liaise with clients to identify and define project requirements, scope, and objectives.
• Ensure that clients' needs are met as the project evolves.
• Monitor and track project progress.
• Act as the point of contact and communicate project status to all participants.
• Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation, plans, and reports.

Qualifications:

• Experience as a Project Coordinator or similar role.
• Ability to prepare and interpret flowcharts, schedules, and step-by-step action plans.
• Solid organizational skills, including multitasking and time-management.
• Strong client-facing and teamwork skills.
• Familiarity with risk management and quality assurance control.
• Experience in a steel fabrication or construction environment is a plus.
