As an Associate Principal, Strategic Account Services you will play a pivotal role in driving the success of our Essentials Pro solutions by leading strategic initiatives, managing strategic client relationships, and guiding cross-functional teams. This position requires a combination of strong leadership, deep industry knowledge, and technical acumen to help our clients optimize their revenue cycle processes while supporting the company's growth objectives. To be qualified for this position you:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, Computer Science, or related field (Master's preferred)
- Minimum 7 years of experience in revenue cycle management, healthcare technology, or a related field
- Proven track record in SaaS solution delivery, client management, and team leadership
- Strong understanding of healthcare regulations, revenue cycle management, and compliance
- Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Proficient in project management methodologies and tools
- Familiarity with automation tools, analytics platforms, and healthcare IT systems

- Strong Account Management experience in the provider space
- Healthcare Technology Experience
- Proven track record in positively impacting NPS Scores
You will be:
- Developing and executing strategies for deploying Availity solutions to meet client needs
- Collaborating with senior leadership to identify growth opportunities and enhance service delivery
- Creating and owning a Strategic Account plan and any risk mitigation plans
- Partnering with the Sales Executive to oversee contract renewals and drive re-contracting processes
- Serving as the primary strategic contact for key clients, ensuring satisfaction and engagement
- Maintaining frequent engagement with clients
- Co-hosting Annual Business Reviews with Client Success Managers (CSMs)
- Developing strong relationships with C-suite executives and aligning solutions with strategic objectives
- Providing expert guidance and industry insights to clients to drive better outcomes
- Staying abreast of trends, regulations, and best practices in healthcare industry
- Providing insights to guide product enhancements and inform company strategy
- Providing insight into the Product Roadmap
- Identifying opportunities for growth within client accounts
- Participating in Availity-sponsored User Group Meetings and conferences
- Aligning and maintaining multiple client relationships across product streams
- Co-managing escalations and advocate internally for client priorities
- Creating relationship mappings
- Providing status updates on key accounts
- Managing the NPS stakeholder process
- Preparing executive-level presentations and strategic recommendations
- Mentoring and supporting team members in their professional development
- Fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and excellence within the team
- Collaborating closely with Sales, Product, and Marketing teams
- Assisting with contracting and invoicing inquiries
