POSITION SUMMARY:

Oversee smooth operation of our 2-story laser tag arena as guests challenge each other to prove who is the sharpest shooter of them all. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

  • Operate indoor attractions year-round with consistency for positive guest experience.
  • Operate outdoor attractions during peak season(s) with consistency for positive guest experience.
  • Capable of participating in attraction operation including elevated and confined spaces.
  • Availability during nights, weekends and holidays is a must.
  • Perform front desk duties such as handling credit card transactions, keeping up with a waitlist, and filling out closing paperwork.
  • Wiping down, sweeping and moping lanes in the bowling alley.
  • Standing for extended periods of time.
  • Walking regularly to ensure space is in proper use and condition.
  • Maintain a clean environment for guests and associates.
  • Enhance guest experience through excellent customer service.
  • Assist with implementation of various activities for guests throughout all major holidays.
  • Possess reliable transportation to and from workspace.

EXPERIENCE/QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Minimum Degree Required: Choose an item.
  • Outgoing personality and willingness to provide excellent customer service to guests
