POSITION SUMMARY: Supports the Operations Logistics Manager in overseeing vehicle fleet operations, vessels and other moving assets. This role assists with the resort wide logistical tasks provides clerical and organizational support and contributes to the signage team ensuring operations and effective coordination across the property. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
- Supports Fleet and Vessel Operations by assisting mechanics coordinate maintenance schedules, tracking inventory and assisting with compliance and documentation.
- Ensures the various software asset tracking and maintenance programs are up to date with critical data and is able to build spreadsheets to present data.
- Assists with signage tasks, including assisting the operations logistics supervisor stay organized with installing and maintaining resort signage and displays as directed
- Performs clerical duties, such as preparing slide decks, maintaining records and organizing data to support the logistics team.
- Helps Coordinates meetings and maintaining the team's busy cross departmental schedule ensuring visual aids and slide decks are prepared for each meeting
- Reconciles month end financial obligations each month and assists with maintaining each area's financial spreadsheets.
- Helps and assists in the field of logistics by occasionally moving fleet assets around, tagging items in the field for organization and helping deploy and remove signage for events as needed.

EXPERIENCE/QUALIFICATIONS:
- Minimum Degree Required: High School Diploma or Equivalent
- Proficiency in Microsoft 365 systems, especially Excel and PowerPoints
- Years of experience: 1+ year of experience in administrative or logistics roles preferred
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITY:
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint and Open AI
- Ability to multitask and adapt to dynamic operational needs
- Effective communication and collaboration skills
- Familiarity with vehicle fleet operations and logistical coordination is a plus
TRAVEL REQUIREMENTS:
- Minimal; primarily on-site at the resort
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS: Regularly walking, sitting, standing, and working with computers. Occasionally lifting up to 50 lbs. Additional Physical Requirements
- Needs to be able to assist physically when called upon to lift signage deploy and organize temporary and permanent signage in the field.
