Ignite Digital, has an exciting opportunity for a Jira Service Desk Technician to support Supply Chain and Process Automation in San Diego. This induvial will be required to learn to code or knows how to code. The ideal candidate is someone interested in learning or wants to expand their experience with Jira Service Desk (not Jira), PowerApps, Android, Windows, Python, and C++ coding development. We want a self-starter willing to fail forward with strong analytical skills and a strong work ethic willing to dig deep and learn on the job as they go. This role has the opportunity for one to advance their technical acumen while continually being able to increase compensation as they learn. Responsibilities: * Seek out improvements within the JIRA infrastructure, utilizing the platform to process, and deliver actionable workflows to clients and end users for strategic decision making Minimum Qualifications: * Ability to obtain a DoD security clearance Preferred Qualifications: * Active DoD security clearance *Ability to obtain a DoD Government Security Clearance is mandatory for this position* Applicants selected will be subject to a government security investigation and must meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information.
