Responsibilities

Pride Institute is celebrating our 37th year of providing our clients with an inclusive and accepting place for recovery through evidence-based treatment for substance abuse, sexual health and mental health. The Clinical Program Coordinator is responsible for assisting the Director of Clinical Services and Lead Counselor (IOP) in day-to-day functioning. It is also the individual's responsibility to create, manage and direct the activities of client care in accordance with our established standards of care, chemical dependency treatment and facility policy. The Clinical Program Coordinator ensures that systems are developed and maintained to provide excellent client care and communication with clients. The Clinical Program Coordinator is creative, organized and flexible and can effectively promote Pride's program and services to people who need Pride services or know people who need them.

Qualifications

Qualified candidates will have:

  • Bachelor's degree specializing in chemical dependency, social work or a clinical related mental health area, or equivalent combination of education and experience. Master's degree preferred.

  • Minimum of three (3) years' professional experience in a chemical dependency treatment program.

  • Current unrestricted LADC to practice in the State of MN. MN Board-Approved LADC Supervisor preferred.
  • Thorough knowledge of MN Statute 245G, CARF, and state and federal regulatory requirements.

  • Must be able to pass/clear the MN DHS Background Study and pass a UA drug test.
