Ready for the next chapter in your Uncarrier journey?The Senior Executive Strategy & Planning Manager is a key member of a senior executive's Chief of Staff organization, playing a pivotal role in shaping and supporting the organization's strategic initiatives. This role ensures alignment across teams within the IT organization while supporting the internal management of the Chief Information & Digital Officer (CIDO) and their direct reports. Key responsibilities include managing the rhythm of business, evaluating and analyzing target outcomes, and ensuring the successful execution of business initiatives and organizational goals. The role involves preparing high-impact strategic materials-such as whitepapers and executive documents for Board of Directors and Senior Leadership Team meetings-while facilitating leadership input and collaboration to align on strategic priorities. The Senior Executive Strategy & Planning Manager also drives special projects, advances the organization's strategic agenda, and supports organizational health. With a broad perspective of the entire organization, this role enables significant impact at the highest levels of the company. When necessary, the Senior Executive Strategy & Planning Manager may act as a proxy for the Chief of Staff. Success in this role requires exceptional business acumen, discretion, a sense of urgency, strong project management skills, and the ability to build and nurture collaborative relationships. The successful candidate's actual pay will be based on various factors, such as work location, qualifications, and experience, so the actual starting pay will vary within this range. At T-Mobile, employees in regular, non-temporary roles are eligible for an annual bonus or periodic sales incentive or bonus, based on their role. Most Corporate employees are eligible for a year-end bonus based on company and/or individual performance and which is set at a percentage of the employee's eligible earnings in the prior year. Certain positions in Customer Care are eligible for monthly bonuses based on individual and/or team performance.
