The best candidates will have rich experience in developing and delivering highly engaging, optimized user experiences using DXPs such as Adobe Experience Manager, especially in an environment involving integration with Epic. Purpose As the digital experience platform manager, you will work closely with cross-functional teams - and as the primary partner to the DXP technology team - to ensure our "digital front door" is aligned with business goals and delivers exceptional, personalized user experiences to patients, medical learners, co-investigators and other target audiences. Responsibilities
Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, marketing, or a related field, plus three (3) years of experience managing a DXP. Proficiency in DXP components, templates, workflows and integrations. Strong understanding of SEO principles, including on-page, off-page and technical SEO, with proficiency in using related tools. Strong project management skills with a proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously. Experience in using project management software to organize work and enable teams.Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a data-driven approach to decision-making. Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders. Ability to analyze complex data sets and communicate key insights via presentations, dashboards, spreadsheets, et al.Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks and maintain schedules while working as a team player.Strong interpersonal skills, with a service-oriented mentality. Interest in meeting the demands of a start-up environment with adaptability and resilience. Relevant education and experience may be substituted as appropriate. Experience working in Adobe Experience Manager or Sitecore. Experience working in a DXP environment with Epic integration.Experience with web analytics tools (Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics). Certification in Agile, PMP, or both.Demonstrated experience interacting with university administrators, deans, faculty and staff in providing good client and customer service.
