Overview
Konica Minolta currently has an exciting opportunity for a Sr. Business Analyst! The objective of the Business Analyst is to support business information systems across multiple departments, collaborating with IT teams to develop initiatives and strategies that optimize costs and improve internal and external reporting. The Business Analyst uses data analytics to assess processes, determine requirements and deliver data-driven recommendations and reports to executives and stakeholders Responsibilities * Creating a detailed business analysis, outlining problems, opportunities and solutions for the Central Solutions group, including but not limited to: o Budgeting and forecasting o Planning and monitoring o Financial modelling o Variance Analysis o Pricing o Reporting * Communicate the goals, objectives, status, and compliance of initiatives across all functional areas and levels of the Division and the Parent Company * Develop and Conduct training required for implementation of initiatives * Audit and inspect initiatives post-implementation to ensure compliance * Provide information and support to other organizations within the company, pertaining to initiatives * Build strong internal and external networks, including relationships with legal team and business executives * Other projects as assigned Qualifications * Four-year college degree preferred or equivalent experience in a related field * 4 years of experience as a business analyst or managing projects/initiatives * Detail-oriented with excellent analytical skills and superior reading comprehension skills related to accuracy and thoroughness * Excellent verbal/written communication skills * Ability to work collaboratively with teams and independently * Ability and confidence to interact with all levels and executive management * Strong organizational and time management skills required * Ability to multi-task and meet strict deadlines in a dynamic and fast-paced environment * Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Visio, Word, and PowerPoint * Proven record of time management and organizational discipline * Attracts talent and has vision of how to lead the organization into the future * Understands internal customer expectations and delivery of services based on objectives * Willingness to travel within the region/ territory * Collaborative, open to the development of new ideas and programs About Us Konica Minolta's journey started 150 years ago, with a vision to see and do things differently.
