Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Functional Lead with 7 to 9 years of experience in EBS-Advanced Supply Chain Planning and domain expertise in Manufacturing Operations and Industrial Manufacturing. The role involves being responsible for the implementation and optimization of supply chain processes ensuring alignment with business goals. This hybrid position requires a proactive individual who can drive efficiency and innovation in a dynamic environment.

• Possess a strong background in EBS-Advanced Supply Chain Planning with 7 to 9 years of experience.
• Demonstrate expertise in Manufacturing Operations and Industrial Manufacturing.
• Exhibit excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Show proficiency in supply chain management tools and techniques.
• Have strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Display the ability to work optimally in a hybrid work model.
• Demonstrate a proactive approach to identifying and addressing supply chain challenges.
• Possess the ability to lead and mentor team members.
• Show a dedication to continuous learning and professional development.
• Exhibit strong organizational and time management skills.
• Have experience in designing and executing supply chain strategies.
• Demonstrate the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
• Show a strong understanding of industry standards and best practices in supply chain management.

• The annual salary for the role is between $80,000/Year to $95,000/Year depending on the experience and other qualifications of the candidate.
• This position is also eligible for Cognizant's discretionary annual incentive program and stock awards, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant's applicable plans.
