The Project Management group within our Human Resources team is seeking a Change Management Manager to lead organizational change management strategies and initiatives for key projects in North America, supporting transformational programs that enhance business processes, improve employee experiences, and align with overall organizational objectives. Reporting to the Sr. Manager, HR PMO, this role requires a proactive leader skilled in change management methodologies, stakeholder engagement, and cross-functional collaboration. The ideal candidate will have experience managing large-scale organizational changes, preferably in a dynamic and complex environment, and will play a key role in driving adoption, minimizing resistance, and achieving project outcomes effectively. Key responsibilities include:
- Develop and implement comprehensive change management strategies that align with organizational goals and support business transformation initiatives.
- Conduct impact analyses, assess change readiness, and identify key stakeholders.
- Establish success metrics and mechanisms to monitor and evaluate progress, adoption, and business impact.
- Collaborate with project teams across HR, operations, and business units to integrate change management strategies into project plans.
- Drive change efforts for a wide range of initiatives, including technology implementations, process improvements, cultural transformations, and employee-focused programs.
- Develop and execute communication plans to ensure alignment, understanding, and engagement across stakeholder groups
- Partner with leaders and teams across the organization to foster alignment and commitment to change initiatives.
- Design tailored engagement strategies to address the diverse needs of frontline employees, corporate staff, and senior leaders.
- Serve as a trusted advisor to sponsors, guiding them on overcoming resistance and sustaining change.
- Lead the creation and delivery of training programs and resources to ensure employees and leaders are equipped to embrace change.
- Work with Learning & Development teams to incorporate change management principles into broader organizational training programs.
- Regularly evaluate the effectiveness of change management strategies through feedback and performance metrics.
- Identify opportunities for improvement and share best practices to enhance organizational change management capabilities.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Human Resources, Organization Development, or related field is required.
- Master's degree in a related field is preferred.
- 6-8 years experience in change management with an HR focus.
- Experience supporting manufacturing or similar operational environment is preferred.
- Ability to travel approximately 40% to sites to understand business clients and operations to support change management initiatives for the organization from initiation to hyper care after projects go live.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and engage diverse stakeholder groups is required.
- Proven ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment is required.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to use data to drive decisions and measure success.
- Focus on continuous improvement with excellent project management skill.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive, results-driven approach.
- PROSCI and ADKAR certifications preferred.
