Job Brief The Production Supervisor oversees all production employees and complies with all safety, quality, and housekeeping standards. They will ensure that all production employees are properly trained and follow all policies and procedures set forth by Wis-Pak. They will ensure that all production employees are properly trained and follow all policies and procedures set forth by Wis-Pak. JOB DUTIES/ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS (Note: The job functions relate to the job, not the individual) * Supervise all production operation personnel. * Organize and adjust work schedules for direct reports as needed for production. * Manage employee performance (30, 60, 90 Day Reviews). Address and coach as necessary. * Develop direct reports to the next level of leadership. * Follow and enforce all Wis-Pak policies and procedures. * Responsible for meeting production quality and efficiency standards. * Review daily production paperwork for accuracy. * Work within JDE to verify raw materials and adjust schedules as needed. * Ensure that all first aid is given in case of injury and accidents are timely reported. * Follow and enforce all Wis-Pak food safety requirements as presented in the Food Safety policy. JOB DUTIES/MARGINAL FUNCTIONS (Not fundamental job duties) * Assist with job interviews for open positions. * Ensure that new hires are set up for success with training. * Work as the liaison between management and production employees. * Assist the production leads to plan and implement sanitation and recycling activities. QUALIFICATIONS Minimum high school diploma, post-secondary preferred. Ability to read, write, interpret documents and problem solve. Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and have basic computer skills. Have good people communication and team building skills. Motivational skills to lead a team in a diverse background. Must have some Manufacturing/Production background. Preferred to have a minimum of 2 years Supervisory experience.
