Location:Lee Health Corporate Center -4211 Metro ParkwayFort Myers FL 33916 Department: Facilities Management Administration Work Type: Full Time Shift: 8:00 AM- 4:30 PM Minimum to Midpoint Pay Rate:$22.78 - $29.62 / hour SummaryProvide project management from conception to closeout on all assigned projects and duties. Perform and manage all comptroller/financial related requirements for all projects including contract tracking, pay applications, reporting, analysis and early warning notification. Plan review and permit management for all projects from inception to certificate of occupancy. Manage and maintain all licensure and insurance requirements from state and local levels. Manage and maintain all supporting aspects of in house general contracting services. Manage project closeout and warranty acquisition process. Manage direct material purchase process using technical research and negotiation skills for competitive pricing and reduced spending. Develop, manage and maintain numerous tracking systems and reports. Requirements Educational Requirements
Minimum of 2 years of formal education or equivalent apprentice training. Proficient in using computers, including creating and managing spreadsheets, PowerPoint presentations, and schedules.
