Job Description

Highly skilled Management Analyst III to provide expert-level support in Continuous Process Improvement (CPI) initiatives. The successful candidate will serve as a trusted advisor, leveraging advanced methodologies such as Get Real Get Better (GRGB), Agile, and Lean Six Sigma, alongside expertise in statistical analysis, data science, metric development, and process improvement.

Responsibilities:



  • Review and analyze CPI policies, regulations, and guidance, ensuring compliance and advising the Government Client on updates within five working days.
  • Develop and maintain CPI-related PEO guidance and contribute to repository documentation.
  • Conduct research on CPI best practices, leveraging methodologies and tools from ASQ and Navy resources. Provide analytical reports and metrics to sustain improvements across acquisition, contracting, cybersecurity, and logistics.
  • Act as the Financial Reviewer, validating financial benefits derived from process improvement projects and efficiencies in alignment with Better Buying Power initiatives.
  • Lead CPI and GRGB initiatives at the Master Black Belt level, facilitating efforts to reduce inefficiencies, address root causes, and implement measurable performance improvements.
  • Develop, execute, and maintain annual CPI strategies, objectives, and action plans. Align PEO and NAVWAR strategies to strengthen collaboration and institutionalize CPI practices.
  • Design and implement advanced metrics, data science solutions, and low/no-code capabilities to support digital transformation objectives.
  • Plan, coordinate, and deliver CPI training materials aligned with DON and ASQ standards.
  • Prepare executive-level briefs, dashboards, presentations, and reports for senior leadership. Maintain documentation libraries and archive project results in designated repositories.

Job Requirements

Required Education / Certifications:



  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Operations Research, Engineering, Computer Science,Information Systems, or equivalent


Required Years of Relevant Experience:



  • 10+ years of experience in engineering/ science management, operationsresearch analysis or financial/cost analysis. Significant experience in US Navy programs or operations.
