Position Title: Administrative Support General

Location: Hybrid. Michigan or Maryland.




We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to support our Policy Chief of Staff, Privacy, and Legal Operations teams. This role will be responsible for providing administrative support, assisting with project tracking, and ensuring smooth operations within the department.

Required Qualifications:



  • High school diploma required; Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • 1-2 years of administrative experience, preferably in a legal or corporate environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information appropriately.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Administrative Support:

    • Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate travel arrangements for team members.
    • Handle correspondence, including emails and phone calls, in a professional and timely manner.
    • Prepare and edit documents, presentations, and reports as needed.
    • Maintain organized filing systems, both physical and digital, for easy retrieval of information.
    • Collaborate in project management platform for key task tracking/updates.


  • Project Support:

    • Assist in maintaining project tracking tools (SmartSheet).
    • Update project dashboards and reports with current status information.
    • Help schedule and organize project-related meetings, including preparing agendas and taking minutes.
    • Support the project intake process by gathering initial information and documentation.


  • Team Coordination:

    • Act as a liaison between the teams and other departments.
    • Assist in coordinating team events, workshops, and training sessions.
    • Help maintain team communication channels and distribute important updates.


  • Data Management and Reporting:

    • Assist in collecting and organizing data for team reports and presentations.
    • Help maintain databases and spreadsheets with up-to-date information.
    • Support the creation of simple charts and graphs for visual representation
