Job Title: Scientist - Analytical Development

Position Overview

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Scientist to join our Analytical Development team. This role focuses on advancing analytical methods and techniques to support our research and development initiatives. The ideal candidate will possess expertise in chromatographic separation mechanisms and structure elucidation, bringing innovative solutions to complex analytical challenges.

Key Responsibilities



  • Develop and optimize chromatographic methods in both gas and liquid phases for the analysis of complex substances.
  • Perform structure elucidation of compounds using advanced analytical tools and techniques.
  • Support the characterization and quantification of materials across various development stages.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to provide analytical support for product development and process optimization.
  • Author technical reports, method development summaries, and regulatory documentation.
  • Evaluate and implement emerging analytical technologies to enhance laboratory capabilities.
  • Troubleshoot analytical methodologies and instrumentation as needed.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant regulatory and quality standards.


Qualifications



  • Ph.D. in Analytical Chemistry, Chemistry, or a related field with a minimum of 1 year of experience (academic or professional).
  • OR Master's degree in Analytical Chemistry, Chemistry, or a related field with at least 5 years of relevant industry experience.
  • Proven expertise in chromatographic separation mechanisms (gas phase and liquid phase).
  • Strong knowledge of structure elucidation techniques and tools (e.g., NMR, MS, UV).
  • Hands-on experience with advanced analytical instrumentation and method development.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills.
  • Strong communication and technical writing abilities.


Preferred Skills



  • Experience working in pharmaceutical or biotechnology industries.
  • Familiarity with regulatory requirements and guidelines for analytical method development.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
