Position Overview

The Commercial Learning and Leadership Development team is seeking a dedicated Employee Learning Specialist to coordinate and manage commercial learning activities. This contract role involves close collaboration with stakeholders in the field and home office, supporting various brands in Psychiatry, Addiction, Market Access, and Leadership Development. The ideal candidate will possess strong project management skills and a proven ability to handle multiple priorities while ensuring deadlines are met.

Key Responsibilities

Onboarding New Hires:



  • Oversee and manage the new hire training experience, including initial contact, materials coordination, and ongoing communication.
  • Organize and deploy assignments via Learning Management System (LMS) / Learner Experience Platform (LXP) and schedule MS Teams training sessions.
  • Lead and support new hire training classes and materials management.
  • Coordinate hotel contracts and registration for New Hire Training in collaboration with Senior Training Specialist and meeting planners.


Project, Budget, Vendor, and Meeting Management Support:



  • Support ongoing team project status meetings and manage project deliverables.
  • Communicate updates for all training-related projects and initiatives.
  • Develop, analyze, and distribute surveys for internal partners.
  • Assist in organizing and managing the department budget.
  • Oversee vendor and contract management, including purchase orders and accounts payable coordination.
  • Submit accruals on behalf of the team.
  • Coordinate agendas, materials, and communications for training-related meetings.


Platform and Tools Support:



  • Manage LXP by uploading content, running reports, and troubleshooting platform issues as needed.


Qualifications:



  • Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Minimum of 4 years of related experience.
  • Proven expertise with LMS and LXP platforms.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.
  • Exceptional attention to detail, organizational, and administrative capabilities.


Preferred Skills:



  • Proficient in MS Office Suite (Outlook, PowerPoint, Word, Excel).
  • Experience managing budgets and financial processes.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Self-motivated with a proactive problem-solving approach.


Contract Details:



  • Duration: Through the end of 2025 with potential for hire.
  • Hours: 40 hours per week with flexibility for onsite training.
