Sr Quality Engineer

We currently have an exciting possible Temp-to-Perm opportunity in Spring City, PA for a Sr. Quality Engineer with a Lean Six Sigma Black Belt to develop, apply, and maintain quality requirements and standards for manufactured products. Must have passport or ability to get one for travel to Mexico and be bilingual English / Spanish.

• The Sr. Quality Engineer works directly with all departments, analyzing all processes for improvement using various methods/tools up to and including Lean Six-Sigma.
• Develop, apply, and maintain quality requirements and standards for manufactured products.
• Develop and implement methods for process control, process improvement, validation, and certification.
• Develop and implement quality reporting methods.
• Root cause analysis
• 8D
• SPC
• Control Plan
• PFMEA
• FTA
• 5 Why
• Daily/Weekly/Monthly Quality Reporting
• Kaizen
• 5S Waste Reduction
• Develop quality inspection plans
• Iso 9001:2015
• APQP: PPAP
• Design Review

• Lean Six Sigma Black Belt.
• Travel Between El Paso TX and Spring City on Rotational Basis - Ability to occasionally travel to Mexico. Overnight accommodation in El Paso, TX.
• Must have passport or ability to get one.
• Bilingual English / Spanish.

• B.S. Degree in related Engineering Field, (or) 10 years work experience with proven track record in Quality Engineering and Continuous Improvement.
