Join our dynamic North American Digital Office and Customer Solutions team as a Change Management Specialist! In this exciting role, you'll play a crucial part in helping customers successfully adopt new digital solutions. You'll focus on developing and executing change management plans, including strategies for effective communication, training, guidance, and managing the impact of these changes. Based in Chicago, this role may involve occasional travel (up to 10%). You'll collaborate closely with end-user customers, dealers, external contractors, and other teams within Komatsu responsible for digital solutions.
