The main priorities for the Distribution Analyst (DA) will be providing Strategic Analysis, Standard Reports, Non-Distribution Support, and Communication Assistance for the Central Region, VP Distribution Central and Distributor Partner Managers (DPMs). EXPERIENCE Your areas of knowledge and expertise that matter most for this role: 2+ years' experience in Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) industry Experience in Business/Management Consulting and/or CPG products is a plus Strong customer service aptitude, and ability to work with all levels of the organization from Field Level to Executive Management Track record of robust analytical and problem solving skills Proven ability to interpret sales data, analyze results and provide actionable recommendations tied to business strategy Experience using data visualization tools such as Tableau, Looker or Power BI Experience using data manipulation and wrangling tools to prepare unstructured data from multiple sources Familiarity with data analysis using SQL is a plus Bachelor's Degree preferred or equivalent work experience Fluent in English, additional language skills an advantage Travel 20-30% Permanent Benefits eligible
