The Developer II role within the Enterprise UX team is responsible for ensuring quality end-user experience (UX) for all employees at ICE and all its subsidiary businesses through the development of workflows and automations aimed at reducing digital friction in the workplace. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including platform managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to develop and manage experience APIs to enhance IT support and other service offerings within the company's internal support bot. You'll leverage your expertise in REST APIs to build robust, scalable integration solutions. Your role will be pivotal in ensuring these integrations center user experience within technological workflow design, adhere to ICE's stringent change management, security, and API management practices.
