Reporting to the Senior Manager, Corporate Development, the Integration Lead will work within a high-performing, collaborative Corporate Development group with a strong track record of merger and acquisition execution. You will be an analytical and software-proficient professional committed to coordinating and supporting project teams to facilitate the timely integration of acquired businesses through the application of superior project management methods, techniques, tools, training, and team effectiveness.

What you will do:



  • Lead integration activities for North American Retail merger and acquisition activity.
  • Collaborate with project stakeholders to develop and maintain project schedules for business development activities.
  • Lead and motivate project stakeholders to accomplish project objectives successfully.
  • Facilitate project update meetings to track status with project stakeholders.
  • Prepare drafts of memorandums, status memos and pipeline reports for Corporate Development and Management review/approval.
  • Identify and implement process improvements across the North American Retail organization to improve project success.
  • Work with the seller and project stakeholders to ensure the timely collection, formatting, and transfer of information pertinent for merger and acquisition activity.
  • Serve as point of contact for sellers and project stakeholders with questions regarding integration data and activities.
  • Update project data in scheduling software during project planning, re-planning, and update sessions.
  • Generate report packages to inform project stakeholders of status, issues, and responsibility.
  • Develop documents pertaining to the Integration and Onboarding process, including policies, procedures and standards.
  • Assist with developing and maintaining an Integration Playbook detailing each project stakeholder's acquisition process.
  • Lead efforts related to planning and coordinating update meeting venues and logistics as needed.



What you will bring:



  • Bachelor's degree (Business preferred) from an accredited university. Enrollment in or completion of a Project Management certification is desirable, but not mandatory.
  • 5+ years of relevant experience. Industry knowledge is a plus.
  • Prior experience in project management would be an asset.
  • Has led or participated in a project with cross-functional project teams, multiple deliverables and using formal project management techniques.
  • Highly motivated self-starter with the ability to multitask effectively while maintaining attention to detail.
  • Highly proficient with Microsoft Office applications (i.e., Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint) and willingness to learn and become proficient with Primavera P6 software tools or other project management software.

Compensation & Benefits:

Salary Range $79,100 - $146,800/annually. This range is estimated forIntegration Lead, Corporate Developmentin Loveland, Colorado. Actual salary and benefits may differ based upon location.

In addition to base pay, this role is also eligible to participate in our annual incentive plan and long-term incentive plan,consistent with the terms of our program(s) where discretionary pay out of awards is reflecting components such as performance of the company and the employee. Details will be discussed through the application process.
