The Head of Talent Data Solutions owns the Talent Analytics product and commercial roadmaps informed by client and prospect needs across all regions - inclusive of compensation databases, assessments and other solutions. This role formulates and drives the global solution strategy and execution of annual and long-term growth plans in partnership with regional Heads of Talent. This role is accountable for the overall commercials of Talent Analytics products and the strategic growth plan, as well as the commercial enablement of this plan. This role chairs the Data Solutions leadership team and partners with its members (spanning solution line, ABS, regions) to develop and deliver a seamless client experience with industry leading content, capabilities and teams.

Key Accountabilities:
  • Develops the long-term strategy & roadmap informed by client needs funneled through regional Heads of Talent and regional Data Solutions Leaders to prioritize opportunities and innovation to build the future
  • Partners with the Technical Product Leaders to synthesize regional perspectives to prioritize, build and deliver a globally consistent, scaled client experience to ensure both global and local relevance. Ensures that we have a globally consistent commercial model that prevents regional pricing arbitrage
  • Provides consistent global influence for regional data solutions, commercial enablement, sales, communications and marketing
  • Oversees the long-term and annual product review including pricing, job architecture changes, data elements and methodologies, informed by client needs
  • Communicates strategic priorities and execution plans to stakeholders and colleagues
  • Has oversight of renewals, new business, client satisfaction/feedback, jeopardy in collaboration with regional leaders - observes trends and patterns and problem-solves to ensure growth aligned to strategy
  • Chairs the overall Data Solutions leadership team bringing together Technical Product Leadership, Operations, Technology and Regional Data Solutions Leaders, with accountability to the Regional Heads of Talent
  • Accountable for commercial enablement (revenue sprints, pricing, renewals planning, engagement and retention MI, Aon Connect reporting, market sizing and expansion planning, sales enablement and collateral development, partnership with Marketing)
  • Chairs the Talent Data Solutions Leadership team
  • Member of the Global Talent Leadership team

  • Proven track record leading a global business and team and driving growth in a complex global environment. Exceptional influential leadership.
  • Deep understanding of Human Capital universe and needs of clients across all segments, with strengths across Talent, Rewards, Assessment and Analytics.
  • Hands on experience of shaping and executing against a client-focused vision.
  • Proven track record of building go-to-market and product strategies and driving sustained results over both a short and long-term horizon.
  • Ability to lead strategic thinking around innovation and ideation with a strong client and commercial lens.
  • Exceptional communication skills to convey compelling messages across all levels and geographies.
  • Ability to work in matrixed environment and lead through influence.

  • Holds all regulatory licenses, permissions and technical or other requirements applicable under US for selling insurance/broker services - as applicable

The salary range for this position (intended for U.S. applicants) is $300,000 to $400,000 annually. The actual salary will vary based on applicant's education, experience, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity and alignment with market data. The salary may also be adjusted based on applicant's geographic location.

The salary range reflected is based on a primary work location of New York, NY. The actual salary may vary for applicants in a different geographic location.

This position is eligible to participate in one of Aon's annual incentive plans to receive an annual discretionary bonus in addition to base salary. The amount of any bonus varies and is subject to the terms and conditions of the applicable incentive plan.
