• Level 3 - Estimated annual base pay: Min $90,400.00- Mid $113,000.00 - Max $135,600.00
• Level 4 - Estimated annual base pay: Min $110,400.00- Mid $138,000.00 - Max $165,600.00

Are you ready to make your mark? If you're an Operations Engineer or looking to become one, we have an exciting opportunity for you. The Operations Engineer reports to Technical Leadership and provides manufacturing expertise to solve difficult problems and continuously improve our manufacturing organization and/or supply base. Provides leadership and direction in manufacturing for programming, processing, tooling or working with development engineering on new hardware. This person will sit at our Rock Cut Campus in Loves Park, IL.

What You Will Be Doing

• Provides advanced technical solutions and leads team through process
• Devises new approaches to problems encountered
• Initiates, justifies, and implements new advanced capital equipment purchases
• Creates cell layouts and leads process improvement initiatives of high complexity
• Uses solid Six Sigma and lean tools to improve processes
• Implements complex engineering changes. Coaches other staff on the execution of engineering changes and seamless transition.
• Creates, maintains and develops new process documentation. Supplies guidance on new documentation systems.

What We Are Looking For

Level 3

• US - Bachelor's Degree in Arts/Sciences (BA/BS)
• Greater than 8 years professional engineering experience or a combination of experience and advanced degree

Level 4

• US - Bachelor's Degree in Arts/Sciences (BA/BS)
• Greater than 8 years professional engineering experience or a combination of experience and advanced degree
