OverviewThe Windows and Devices Design organization is seeking a Senior Product Designer to join our XR (Augmented Reality (AR), Virtual Reality (VR), Mixed Reality (MR)) team. In this role, you will create innovative, user-centric experiences that push the boundaries of what is possible in the spatial computing space. You will help define the next evolution of spatial productivity, shaping the future of Microsoft's XR experiences within the Windows ecosystem. As part of a dynamic, cross-disciplinary team, you will collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to design and refine immersive experiences that are both functional and visually compelling. This role requires a solid foundation in spatial and 3D thinking to craft intuitive, next-gen interactions for spatial experiences. ResponsibilitiesCollaborate with designers, product managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to define and deliver on the product vision for XR experiences. Design intuitive and immersive user interfaces and interactions tailored for spatial environments, with a focus on multi modal interaction best practices. Create wireframes, prototypes, and detailed visual designs that effectively communicate design ideas and user flows. Work closely with developers to ensure the design vision is executed faithfully and efficiently.
