Minimum Qualifications High School Diploma or GED; no previous experience required. Completed degree(s) from an accredited institution that are above the minimum education requirement may be substituted for experience on a year for year basis. Preferred Qualifications Customer Service Experience: Proven ability to work effectively with a diverse group of customers, ensuring a positive and inclusive experience. Communication Skills: Excellent written and oral communication skills, as demonstrated through the cover letter and interview process. Technical Proficiency: Experience using computerized equipment and technology in a workplace setting.
