Position Summary

This position provides administrative support to the Director of the Arts Leadership and Business program and the B.A. in Interdisciplinary Arts degree.

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Answer emails and respond to general inquiries on the program
  • Create and disseminate informational materials
  • Liaison between instructors and students
  • Grading
  • Assist instructors with preparation of course materials
  • Help with coordination of student internships
  • Event planning and assistance with recruitment events
  • Other administrative duties as needed
  • create marketing and promotional materials
  • content creation and management of ALBS and BAIA social media accounts



Minimum Qualifications

  • Familiarity with Fine Arts
  • Experience with Microsoft Office
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Graphic design basics
  • Self-motivated, punctual
