Provide leadership and management to the Practice, in collaboration with the physician dyad or appropriate leadership. Responsible for the operational management and coordination of the overall day-to-day activities, clinical services and programs, of assigned staff at designated site(s) to ensure appropriate systems, policies and procedures are in place to drive financial results, quality clinical outcomes, patient, staff and physician satisfaction, and excellent financial performance. Collaborate with physicians and leadership to develop and implement the practice business plans, measure performance, and develop and implement improvements.

Primary Responsibilities:



  • Oversee daily operations, addressing issues with physician dyad or leadership.
  • Ensure continuous improvement and high service standards for The Reliant Experience.
  • Manage business and clinical functions, including Staff Safety Alerts, Payroll, and time-off requests.
  • Maintain supplies, equipment, signage, and facility cleanliness.
  • Resolve clinical-administrative issues and maintain open communication for high employee morale.
  • Monitor and optimize access to care through appointments, calls, and MyChart.
  • Provide regular feedback to staff and develop programs to reduce waste and improve resource use.
  • Collaborate on shared space and personnel issues.
  • Ensure compliance with policies, procedures, and safety standards.
  • Utilize non-clinical partners efficiently.
  • Maintain EMR knowledge and attend required meetings.
  • Ensure patient satisfaction and address concerns.
  • Oversee cash handling and business practices.
  • Manage telephone flow and access.
  • Meet regularly with leadership to ensure efficient operations.

Required Qualifications:



  • 3+ years of managerial experience
  • Proven experience in coordinating and managing physician office practice
  • Demonstrated leadership, financial, and management skills
  • Demonstrated business and financial planning skills such as budgeting, staffing ratios, healthcare billing and collections, etc.
  • Excellent interpersonal, organizational and communication skills
  • Demonstrated ability to handle multiple priorities
  • Knowledge of a variety of software products/systems such as Microsoft Office Excel, Word, Power Point, Electronic Medical Record, Budgeting, etc.



Physical Requirements:



  • Physical health sufficient to meet the ergonomic standards and demands of the position


The salary range for this role is $89,800 to $176,700 annually based on full-time employment. Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience, certifications, etc. UnitedHealth Group complies with all minimum wage laws as applicable.
