What you'll do

The Software Product Analyst will manage Technical Services cases, by analyzing/verifying, documenting requirements, providing estimates, and managing the completion of billing activities. You will accomplish these tasks by monitoring the Technical Services queue for incoming cases. Break down high-level business cases into functional and/or regulatory written requirements and UI designs. Perform analysis/verification, ensuring that requirements are consistent, concise, comprehensible, verifiable, and based on department best practices using the documentation template provided for this purpose. You will collaborate with team members to ensure that requirements are interpreted and fulfilled. Proofread all final customer-facing documentation, and estimates. Conduct knowledge transfers when needed. And create and deliver presentations to various internal/external users with varying levels of product knowledge.

Your skill-set

You will have a bachelor's degree in a related field and a general knowledge of relational database management systems and SaaS web-based software applications OR three years business analysis work experience.
