Remote Customer Service Representative (March Class) Opportunity to join a global leader in transfer agency, employee equity plans, proxy solicitation, stakeholder communication, and other governance services. In this position, you will be working with various world-leading organizations to work on maximizing their relationships with investors, employees, creditors, members, and customers. These openings will be for the March 14th or March 21st start dates. Responsibilities: * Handle outbound calls within an acceptable time-period courteously and professionally. * Strong ability to grasp material and concepts quickly and effectively. * Effectively and professionally resolve shareholder concerns. * Update the database in an accurate and timely manner after each call. * Keep up to date on Campaign specifics. * Meet all targets for Productivity, Quality, Attendance, and Code of Conduct. * May also be assigned to handle inbound calls - respond to inbound calls within an acceptable time period in a courteous and professional manner. Qualifications: * High School Diploma or GED required. * 6+ months experience in Customer Service, Data Entry, etc. * Ability to read, write, and speak English. * Ability to follow a script word for word for 6-8 hours/day. * Must have your own headset, PC computer, and Dual monitor to work on (cannot have MAC, Chrome, Lenex, etc.) Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $20.00 Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
