*Call Center Representative*
*Location*: Troy, MI (Hybrid - 2 days remote after 6 months) *Placement Type and Duration*: Permanent *Pay*: $39,520 - $45,760 per year *Key Responsibilities* * Handle 60-70 inbound and outbound calls daily related to banking inquiries. * Assist members with account maintenance, sales questions, and available financial services. * Process transactions such as savings transfers, check orders, and loan applications. * Provide information on membership eligibility, account options, and virtual banking services. * Assist with automated banking services, debit/credit card orders, and online banking setup. * Process IRA and certificate of deposit applications and related transactions. * Ensure compliance with established regulations and productivity standards. *Benefits * * $500 bonus after 45 days. * Comprehensive benefits, including a $7 monthly medical plan covering the entire family. * 15 PTO days and 12 holidays in the first year; 20 PTO days in year two. * Growth opportunities in leadership roles. *Required Skills* * 2-3 years of call center experience in a sales/goal-driven environment. * Experience in financial services, banking, or credit union roles -* required* * Strong verbal and written communication skills. * Ability to multitask with multiple screens while handling calls. * High school diploma. * Must pass a credit check and background check (no THC and no delinquencies in the past year). * Familiarity with CRM systems. * Previous experience as a teller or banker a plus . *Work Environment* * Hybrid: 2 days remote after 6 months; Rotating Saturdays remote after 3 months. * Business professional dress code. * Modern office space with amenities such as a cafeteria and banking branch on-site. *Software Proficiency* * CRM systems and banking software experience preferred. *If you meet the qualifications, you will hear from a TEKsystems recruiter within 3 business days.* *Pay and Benefits* The pay range for this position is $39520.00 - $45760.00 Great Benefit Package - 15 days of PTO and 11 Paid Holidays. Bonus after a certain amount of time with the credit union.
