*Job Title:* Desktop Support Technician
*Job Description:* We are seeking a highly skilled Desktop Support Technician to provide expert-level technical assistance for desktop applications and hardware. This role requires extensive knowledge and experience with desktop technology, including Windows operating systems, desktop applications, Multi-Function Devices (print/fax/copier/scanner), and wireless devices such as Android phones, iPhones, and iPads. *Key Responsibilities:* * Provide advanced technical support for desktop applications and hardware. * Handle escalated support issues from the internal Service Desk. * Independently perform a variety of desktop-related tasks and serve as a desktop expert. * Plan and accomplish goals using extensive experience and judgment. * Lead and direct the work of others as needed. * Exhibit creativity, self-direction, and prioritization in daily tasks. *Special Qualifications:* * Proficiency with Remote Desktop Management Tools. * Experience in technical writing and documentation. * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. * Excellent customer service and communication skills. * Technical assistance and user support expertise. * Familiarity with MS Office products and Active Directory Tools. * Understanding of Microsoft MECM/SCCM for patch management, software deployment, and inventory management. * Experience with installation and maintenance of PCs. * Knowledge of VMware Horizon, VMware Workstation, Microsoft VPC, or similar products. * Mobile device management (iPad, iPhone, Android). * Hardware troubleshooting and application support. * Experience with Mac OS X and MS Windows 10. *Top Skills:* * 3-5 years of experience providing in-person and remote desktop support services in an enterprise environment, supporting PC & Mac hardware, Windows 11, and Office 365. * 3-5 years of experience with mobile devices and MDM tools such as Mobile Iron. * 3-5 years of experience with Active Directory and MEM/SCCM for remote desktop management. *Additional Information:* * On-call/standby hours may be required, potentially exceeding 40 hours per week. * Local candidates only. *Pay and Benefits* The pay range for this position is $15.00 - $27.00 Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
