Responsibilities Job Summary The Supervisor-Central Operations is responsible for overseeing shift operations in the Network Operations Center to ensure uninterrupted operations including the coordination of patient movement, hospital throughput, communication, security dispatch, and operational continuity. The role involves supervising daily activities within the Network Operations Center, ensuring compliance with policies, and supporting leadership in hiring, training, evaluating, scheduling, and managing Network Operations Center personnel. The Supervisor is also accountable for implementing programs, setting goals and strategies, and ensuring adherence to operational and regulatory standards. This position plays a key role in ensuring the center's efficiency, facilitating patient flow, and upholding operational integrity across the network. Essential Functions
Qualifications Education Bachelor's Degree in Healthcare Required Experience 2 years Experience within a healthcare related field Required Licenses and Certifications Current Arizona licensure in related field Required Must obtain a certification in their respective area of expertise within 1 year of hire or promotion date for magnet standards.
