POSITION OVERVIEW AND PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES (ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS):

Alutiiq Solutions, LLC is excited to offer an incredible opportunity for a dynamic Program Manager to join our team and support the groundbreaking mission of the Space Force. Responsibilities include task order oversight and acting as Alutiiq Solutions' primary point of contact between the Program Management Office (PMO) and the customer. The Program Manager will have authority over and responsibility for all Alutiiq Solutions personnel and resources assigned to support this task order. Responsible for ensuring compliance with all contract requirements.

Contract Operations Management:



  • Plan, direct, and coordinate all contract operations.
  • Formulate policies, manage daily operations, and allocate materials and human resources effectively.


Deliverable Oversight:



  • Monitor all contractual tasks to ensure timely completion of deliverables.
  • Generate internal and customer-facing reports (monthly and quarterly).
  • Review reports from Task Leads to identify potential risks and initiate mitigation processes to address risks before escalation.


Financial Management:



  • Manage financial performance, track progress, and report internally and externally against established plans.


Subcontractor Coordination:



  • Oversee subcontractors to ensure a cohesive and aligned workforce across the contract.


Support and Compliance:



  • Assist company personnel with contract-related data calls and ensure all suspense dates are met.
  • Perform purchasing duties and approve purchases as needed.


Reporting and Reviews:



  • Deliver required reports, including trip reports, monthly status updates, and quarterly program management reviews with customers.


On-Site Presence:



  • Be available at designated locations (xx, xx, and xx) as required.


Multi-Tasking and Leadership:



  • Demonstrate the ability to manage multiple, simultaneous, and complex contract, program, and business development events.
  • This position is critical for ensuring the success of the contract and requires a proactive, detail-oriented leader who thrives in a dynamic environment.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE:

Requirements:



  • Education: Bachelor's Degree in engineering, business, or related field or a Master's and a minimum of three years of experience
  • Demonstrated ability to make sound decisions in stressful business situations
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently, a highly motivated self-starter
  • Must have excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Proficient in the Microsoft Office suite
  • Clearance: TS/SCI
