Senior Project Manager (Dallas, TX) Coord admin & tech reqs of cnstctn projects, incl activities rltd to contract admin, change orders, submittals, procurement, project financials setup/updates, & sched. Determine quant. of budget estimates/deliverables to client. Mng the subcontract’g process, incl initial scope review meetings, finalizing agreed price, dvlpg subcontract SOW, & mgm’g subcontract distributn, final exectn process, & implntn of Zero Harm in Preconstruction. Reqs: BS Cnstrctn Mgmt, Civil Eng, or rltd + 5 yrs exp cnstrctn proj eng’g, or alternvly, MS Cnstrctn Mgmt, Civil Eng, or rltd + 3 yrs exp in construct proj eng’g. 3 yrs preconstruct/cnstrctn proj mgmt exp on aviation prjcts & wrk’g w/ airport staff & outside agencies; exp in airport safety compliance reqs. Exp w/ build’g codes, material compatblty, value eng’g process, & commerc cnstrctn proj mgmt; dvlpg proj/val cost reports, budget forecast’g, subcontract awrd/procurement, estmt prep for plann’g, organiz’g, & sched in construct; build’g effective relat’ns w/ custms, dsgn team, subcontract, suppliers, and rltd used grps; excuting construct proj admin and daily operat’ns; and preparing and mntain’g proj sched, milestone dates, and close-out checklists. Profic in contract reqs incl bonds, fees, notificat, schduls, report’g, & costs.
