Construction Superintendent (Fort Lauderdale, FL) Wrk closely w/ Projct Mangr & fld mgmt to review & update prgrss, cost reprts, schedls, & reqs for compltn. Assist w/ devlpmnt & mngmt of the projct’s genrl condtns, constrctn schedule, plann’g, phas’g, & byout strtgy dur’g preconstrctn. Plan projct schedl & budgt. Advise projct team on changs to methds, matrls, & schdls, & ensure mtrls are tested per spec & results recorded. Secure prjct site & compny assets. Review & approve bills, subcontractor rqsts, extra charges, & finalize clseout process to settle fncl obligations. Facilitate wkly mtgs w/ subcntrctrs & coord next week’s wrk, incl partner’g w/ Lss Prvntn Pros & owners/archt. Coord MEPF trades & dcmnt startup, TAB, & commission’g activities. Reqs: bach cnstrct’n mgmt, eng’g, business, or rltd fld, & 4 yrs of construct’n prject mgmt, commercial construct’n, construct’n superintendent, or prjct engineer exp or in a rltd field. Exp w/ mang’g pre-constrct’n opert’ns, incl cost analysis, cost estimat’g, & schedl’g. Exp w/ prject mgmt/cost/contrct mgmt. sftwre, incl ProCore, Oracle Primavera P6, JD Edwards, & BlueBeam.
