Position: Payroll Tax Analyst Location: Peachtree Corners, GA (100% onsite) Type: Direct Hire About the Opportunity: Join a rapidly growing, industry-leading organization with a billion in revenue and ambitious growth plans. Key Responsibilities: Research and resolve payroll tax notices promptly. Build and maintain relationships with state tax agencies. Reconcile payroll system data with tax systems quarterly. Prepare and file quarterly, annual, and amended tax returns. Manage multi-state and local payroll tax registrations and compliance. Ensure accurate payroll tax data for new hires and system updates. Generate and file W2 corrections as needed. Stay updated on evolving payroll tax regulations and policies. Qualifications: Minimum 3 years of payroll tax experience. Familiarity with ADP and handling multi-state payroll tax processes. Strong knowledge of unemployment rules at federal, state, and local levels. Proficiency in Excel, including managing spreadsheets. Exceptional attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines. Ability to multitask and work effectively in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. Nice-to-Have Skills: Background in staffing, recruiting, or healthcare industries. Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field (work experience considered). Why This Role?
