Qualifications you'll bring:
- Bachelor BSc or Masters MSc degree in Finance, Economics, Business-related study or Computer Sciences.
- 5 + years of relevant experience
- Strong knowledge of GAAP, Financial principles, Advanced Financial modelling skills and Accounting and Financial software programs
- Ability to explain and provide context around statistical methodology
- Advanced MS Excel, PowerPoint and other MS Office Suite skills
- Ability to build partnerships, influence decisions and work in a collaborative style
- Maintains flexibility in fast-paced environment and continually evolves to meet changing business needs
- Demonstrates willingness to change opinion when presented with new or contrary information
- Curiosity to foster innovation and pave the way for growth
- Humility to play as a team
- Commitment to being the difference for our customers in every interaction
Your key responsibilities:
- Maintain strong partnerships with senior business leaders and the FP&A reporting team
- Work with the business to understand needs, goals, strategies, and challenges, and how to help prioritize opportunities for improvement
- Ensures business partner perspective / efforts are grounded in facts and data
- Effectively communicate the story behind the numbers in terms business partners understand
- Proactively make recommendations based on data and analysis
- Support business in ROI analysis while always constructively reviewing and refining business partner assumptions
- Develop practical and acceptable compromises when negotiating
- Effectively prioritize business problems based on urgency and relevance
- Clarify decision trade-offs to internal customers
- Discusses financial performance in terms of the financial implications and business activities
- Contribute to our humble pursuit of excellence by performing various responsibilities that may arise, reflecting our collective goal of enhancing healthcare delivery and being the difference for the customer.
